The Real Estate Investment Council has an exciting year planned for 2010-2011, starting with our ANNUAL MEMBERS ONLY MEETING WITH HANK FISHKIND ON WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15th. Our new membership year runs from July 2010 - June 2009, and we are currently accepting membership applications online. Watch your email for more information about upcoming meetings.

REIC supports Real Estate Lives

Real Estate Lives is a volunteer organization in Hillsborough County that aims to help unemployed real estate professionals and staff – we call them "Rebounders" -- and those affected by the down turn in the real estate industry find counseling, retraining and job placement opportunities, we have helped by donations of more than $10,000 on behalf of our membership. Wounded Warrior Project, Jacksonville, FL (in honor of our guest speaker, Robert Merck, in February 2010)

Golda Meir/Kent Jewish Center, Clearwater, FL (in honor of our guest speaker, Peter Monroe, in January 2010)

Florida Tax Watch, Tallahassee, FL (in honor of our guest speaker, Dominic Calabro, in November 2009)
