Brian Lamb was appointed executive vice president and chief corporate responsibility and reputation officer in October 2016. In this role, he is responsible for the comprehensive strategic framework of the Bank’s civic commitments and reputation management. He oversees multiple areas, including Community and Economic Development, the Bank’s Community Development Corporation (CDC), Corporate Communications, Diversity & Corporate Social Responsibility and Ethics. Brian also is responsible for the strategic execution of the five-year, $30 billion Community Commitment. 

Brian previously served as regional president of Fifth Third Bank (North Florida), where he was responsible for the growth and strategic alignment of our Commercial, Wealth & Asset Management and Consumer businesses in the region. Brian joined the Bank in December 2006 as chief financial officer of the Tampa Bay market. He also served as the head of Business Banking and Wealth and Asset Management in that market.

Prior to joining Fifth Third, Brian had served as chief financial officer for Home Discovery Real Estate Services Corporation, a statewide residential real estate business. He began his career with TECO Energy, where he held key positions including director of financial services.

Charles J. Lockwood, MD, MHCM, is the Senior Vice President for USF Health and Dean of the Morsani College of Medicine at the University of South Florida. He is a Professor, Obstetrics & Gynecology and Public Health at USF.   He received his undergraduate education at Brown University, graduating magna cum laude with special distinction in his major of developmental biology. His M.D. was obtained from the University of Pennsylvania; and he holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Management from the Harvard School of Public Health. He served a residency in Ob/Gyn at Pennsylvania Hospital and a fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Yale-New Haven Hospital. He completed a postdoctoral fellowship in molecular hemostasis at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, established his own laboratory in 1991 and has obtained multiple NIH and March of Dimes grants. He has over 280 peer review publications and has authored or co-authored three monographs/books; has co-edited seven obstetrical textbooks; is section editor for Obstetrics of UpToDate and Editor-in-Chief of Contemporary OB/GYN. He has won five national publishing awards for his editorials.
