Member Meetings

REIC monthly "guest speaker" dinner meetings serve as the primary vehicle to achieve its objectives. In its 25-year history, REIC has attracted many prominent national and regional guest speakers who have shared their trend-setting and futuristic thoughts. The monthly dinner meetings are held between September and May, typically on a Wednesday, at The University Club, One Tampa City Center in downtown Tampa, although other dining venues also are used.

The monthly meetings and the pre-meeting cocktail hours create an energized atmosphere of camaraderie and goodwill where members and guests make business contacts and learn about important events and trends shaping an ever changing real estate market. The REIC itself, or in joint meetings with other real estate organizations, also holds special seminars with both individual and panel presentations by experts in their field.
