This new, world-class campus is projected to include 16 million sq. ft. of new lab, office, manufacturing, and healthcare space and ultimately become home to 14,500 new jobs. Bigger than downtown Tampa, this multi-year, multi-phase, billion-dollar plus project is just getting started and will change the economic fabric of the entire Tampa Bay region and is expected to become a magnet for biotech and life sciences enterprises and innovation that will bring together new partners and collaborators.

 Casey Littell, Senior Financial Administrator

Casey Littell is currently the Senior Financial and Contract Administrator for Strategic Alliances and Partnerships, where she leads the financial management of strategic partnerships including forecasting, financial analysis and modeling, business consulting, billing, and performance tracking. Casey was previously a Financial Administrator for Moffitt’s Financial Analysis and Budgeting group providing financial and operational analysis to 10 disease site programs and satellite offices. Casey began her career in Orlando, FL at KPMG as an auditor and consultant for three years primarily on SEC clients, Florida Universities and State enterprises. She then moved into financial analysis for one year at Progress Energy, before relocating to Chicago, IL to be a Senior Corporate Consolidation Analyst for Videojet, an international Danaher manufacturing company, for four years. Casey transitioned to part time work on pro bono not-for-profit projects while staying at home with her two children. Upon returning to Florida, she joined Moffitt in 2021. Casey earned her Bachelor’s of Accounting from the University of Central Florida, a Masters of Business Administration from Rollings College, and is a Certified Public Accountant (Illinois).

Lawrence Range, Financial Project & Venture Analytics Specialist

Lawrence Range II is currently serving as the Financing and Venture Analytics Specialist for the Moffitt Cancer Center Expansion Project that encompasses 775 acres in Pasco County, Florida. He most recently held the role of the Senior Financial and Contract Administrator for Strategic Alliances and Partnerships where he led the oversight of fiscal management for the strategic partnership activities including budget development, monitoring and reporting, billing and accounts receivables, and business consulting. He also supported organizational complex strategic projects by developing detailed financial modeling and business case assessments. Lawrence has 17 years of diverse experience in corporate accounting, project management, financial analysis and reporting, and business consulting. In addition to his time at the Moffitt Cancer Center, he spent 5 years with EY (Project Analyst), 3 years with PwC (Domestic & International Accounting) and 5 years with Bloomin Brands (Accounting). Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida and is entering into the graduate program this fall for a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arizona Global Campus.

Henry Reyes, Vice President, Strategic Alliances

Henry Reyes is the vice president of Strategic Alliances at Moffitt Cancer Center which focuses on partnering with providers, hospitals and health systems to develop long-term relationships that broaden Moffitt's reach and offer enhanced access to National Cancer Institute-designated services and expertise. Prior to joining Moffitt, Reyes spent 13 years with J.P. Morgan Securities as a managing director in the Public Finance Investment Banking Group serving clients in Florida and Puerto Rico. He spent five years as the national head of public finance with Raymond James and Associates and 15 years in public finance with Citigroup. He has led the structuring and capital raising plans for over $50 billion in financings for health care systems, infrastructure projects and public sector enterprises. Since 1992, Reyes served as investment banker to Moffitt and several other Florida-based health care systems whose primary service areas encompassed the state's most populated regions. He was also a member of analytic teams executing health care financings, acquisitions, divestitures and mergers nationally. He has extensive experience working with local and state government agencies in similar capacities. Reyes earned his bachelor's degree in accounting with high honors from the University of Florida and an MBA in finance and strategic planning from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania

John Allgeier, Sr. Director Pasco Real Estate Development

John Allgeier is currently serving as the Senior Director, Pasco Real Estate Development for the Moffitt Cancer Center Expansion Project that encompasses 775 acres in Pasco County, Florida. John has served in various financial roles over the last 15 years at the Moffitt Cancer Center including Senior Director, Finance. In that role, he was responsible for all aspects of the corporate financial operations of the organization. He managed the day-to-day operations of the Accounting, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Financial Reporting, Payroll, Tax, Purchasing, Receiving and Research Finance departments. He also most recently held the role of the Director, Construction and Real Estate Finance where he supported the organization’s significant growth plans which include a new 400,000 square foot expansion hospital scheduled to open in July 2023 and expanded satellite location strategy. John has more than 20 years of health care finance experience. In addition to his time at the Moffitt Cancer Center, he spent six years with Ernst & Young, LLC in the audit practice focused on for-profit and not-forprofit health care entities. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Dayton and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Louisville. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Florida, Kentucky) and a Healthcare Financial Management Association Certified Healthcare Finance Professional. John serves on the Board of Directors, as well as the Executive, Finance and Audit Committees, for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay and is a graduate of the Leadership Pasco Class of 2022. He has served as a member and the Chairman of the St. Lawrence Catholic Church Finance Council and was the Co-Founder and served as Vice President and President of the St. Lawrence Youth Athletic Program.
