Skipper Peek, Sr. Vice President, Tavistock Development Company

Scott “Skipper” Peek is part of the leadership team that has developed Lake Nona into a nationally renown mixed-use project that is recognized for its excellence in design, technology, health and wellness. Mr. Peek leads Tavistock’s commercial real estate transaction team for projects that have entitlements for more than eleven million square feet of development and contain more than 12,000 acres.

Mr. Peek has held senior level positions with Panattoni Development Company, DeBartolo Property Group, Highwoods Properties and, Citicorp Real Estate. His experience includes responsibility for over 7,500,000 square feet of completed development projects, including several large office and retail developments and numerous complex lease and finance transactions.

Mr. Peek has served as a guest speaker or lecturer for the University of Florida, Florida State University, the University of South Florida, NAIOP, ICSC, BOMA, CoreNet Global, CREW and various other organizations.

Mr. Peek received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida’s College of Business Administration. His professional affiliations include: University of Florida Center for Real Estate Studies-Advisory Board, University of South Florida College of Business-Advisory Board, Jesuit High School Foundation-Board of Directors, International Council of Shopping Centers and elogic Learning-Board of Managers.

Chuck Davis, Investment Management Advisory Member

Chuck Davis was previously a Portfolio Manager in MetLife Investment Management’s Real Estate Equity Strategies Group. In this capacity Mr. David led the effort to develop MetLife’s investment management business.

During his 28-year MetLife tenure, he was involved in over $9 billion in mortgage originations and over $4 billion of equity investments including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and development. He has more than 38 years of active real estate industry experience.

Mr. Davis earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in finance from the University of Florida and an MBA in finance from Georgia State University.
