REIC welcomes Hank Fishkind, Ph.D., Director, PFM Financial Advisors LLC

Dr. Hank Fishkind joined PFM in 2019 selling his financial advisory, consulting and real estate advisory company to PFM. His current responsibilities include growing these businesses in conjunction with PFM to expand PFM’s service offerings.

Hank's career began in the public sector where he worked as an economist and Associate Professor at the University of Florida. In 1980 he became the Associate Director for Programs, University of Florida's Bureau of Economic and Business Research. During his tenure at the University, he served for three years (1979-1981) on the Governor's Economic Advisory Board.

Hank's career as a private sector consultant began when he became president of M.G. Lewis Econometrics in Winter Park, Florida. In 1988 he formed Fishkind & Associates, Inc. as a full service economic and financial consulting firm. From 2001-2003 he was a member of Governor Bush’s Council of Economic Advisors. Hank was a founding board member of two publicly traded real estate development companies Engle Homes (NASDAQ) and Summit Properties (NYSE) until the companies were sold.
