Will Ramble, VP of National Net Lease Group at SRS Real Estate Partners (Moderator)

Will Wamble joined SRS in early 2019 and specializes in the advisory and sale of net leased properties, specifically in the Southeast. With more than $350M worth of transactional experience in his career, Will prides himself on valuing hard work and dedication to his clients. Will emphasizes collaboration and putting the best team together to find creative solutions to getting transactions completed. He started his commercial real estate career in 2013 with Marcus & Millichap where he focused on selling retail properties as part of the top producing team in the Tampa office. In 2015, Will joined Redstone Investments, a full-service boutique commercial real estate firm based in Tampa. There, he specialized in retail sales and leasing and while also diversifying his skill set by working alongside Redstone’s development and debt acquisition groups.

Will has been featured in GlobeSt.com, Connect Media, NACS, City Biz List, and other industry-related publications. He works daily with the growing Florida-based team of brokers in SRS’ National Net Lease Group where they represent clients ranging from large development groups and REITs to private individual investors. He is co-chair ICSC’s Tampa Local Program Committee and is an active member of the Real Estate Investment Council, Urban Land Institute, and the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce. Will is a graduate of Florida State University and is an avid FSU football fan. Outside of the office, Will enjoys playing golf, traveling to new cities, and spending time with friends and family.

Wyatt Krapf, SVP of Hodges Ward Elliot 

Wyatt Krapf is a Senior Vice President with Hodges Ward Elliott in Tampa, FL focused on hotel investment sale, debt and equity placement transactions throughout the southeastern United States.

Mr. Krapf joined the firm in January 2023. Prior to HWE, he spent six years with HFF followed by three years with Berkadia in Tampa, having successfully closed over $4.0 billion of investment sale and debt/equity placement transactions since 2014. Notable Tampa Bay sale experience includes the Renaissance Vinoy St. Petersburg, Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay, Hilton Tampa Downtown, The Current Autograph Collection, Grand Plaza & Beachcomber Resorts St. Pete Beach and the Holiday Inn Tampa Westshore.

In 2022, Mr. Krapf was named to the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” and he received the Deanne Dewey Roberts Emerging Leader Award through the Tampa Bay Chamber. Wyatt regularly speaks on industry panels including CREF-C Miami, the Crittenden Conference and Tampa’s Westshore Development Forum.


Wyatt also holds several volunteer leadership positions including 2023 President of the Society of Real Estate Professionals (SOREP), 2020-22 Chair of Collegiate Leadership Tampa Bay through the Tampa Bay Chamber and he is a founding Board Member of the nonprofit Tampa Foundation. Mr. Krapf earned M.S. and B.S. degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Miami.

Jessica Mizrahi, SIOR, Managing Director of Cushman and Wakefield 

Jessica Mizrahi, SIOR is a broker on the Central Florida Cushman & Wakefield Industrial team. This team is the #1 industrial leasing and sales team where they collectively collaborate and oversee more than 14.5 million square feet of agency work throughout the region. In 2021, Mrs. Mizrahi together with the Tampa industrial team completed nearly 107 transactions equating to 12 million square feet of industrial space leased and estimated $2 billion in transaction value. Mrs. Mizrahi was ranked among the top 20 producing brokers in the Tampa C&W office in 2021.

As a trusted real estate advisor, it’s Mrs. Mizrahi’s goal to develop strategic plans to help capitalize on real estate services at industrial properties and achieve tenant satisfaction and retention by helping clients improve value, maximize cost savings, minimize risk and enhance their bottom line and grow their portfolios. Mrs. Mizrahi utilizes market analysis, leasing strategies, and best in class marketing materials to deliver exceptional results for her client’s. She is committed to promoting successful symbiotic relationships between the Tenant and Landlord. She has a strong foundation of industry knowledge and experience to guide both occupiers and clients make effective real estate decisions to achieve their business goals.

Furthermore, she assists the C&W Tampa capital markets team with the two-fold approach of preparing and repositioning assets for disposition. Capital markets transaction highlights include her involvement with the sale of 301 Business Center, a four-building, 826,000 SF industrial project sold to Black Creek Group in 2021; Tampa Distribution Center, a six-building, 955,000 SF industrial project sold to Blackstone (Link Industrial) for over $69 million in 2019, one of the highest priced sales to date in the Tampa market.

Year after year she consistently averages nearly 100 transactions mixed with both agency and tenant rep assignments. Some tenant representation assignments included: Pepperidge Farm (Snyder’s Lance), NFI, Lasership, ATI Restoration, Graham Packaging, Unlimited Restoration, EnviroServe, Lioher, Lansing Building Products, Builders FirstSource, BoxTech, Wurth, DL Cabinetry, WorldPac, Titan Electric and National Waterproofing.

Mrs. Mizrahi’s background includes over seven years in the asset management field where she began her commercial real estate career with EDGE Commercial Real Estate in Washington, D.C. Mrs. Mizrahi relocated to Tampa, FL in 2011 and was hired by Parkway Commercial Real Estate (now Cousins) where she provided asset management services to over 750,000+RSF of Class A office portfolio management. She joined Cushman & Wakefield in July 2014.

 

Spencer Muratides, Director of Acquisitions and Development at Alliant Partners

 Spencer serves as the director of acquisitions and development for Alliant Partners. Spencer is responsible for sourcing development and investment opportunities, fostering national tenant relationships, site selection, and financial analysis. He also manages site selections for Radiant Food & Beverage.

Prior to joining Alliant, Spencer Muratides was an investment analyst and development manager for Redstone Properties based in Youngstown, Ohio and Tampa, FL. At Redstone, he worked on grocery-anchored developments in Tennessee and Florida, and mixed-use office developments.

Spencer Muratides graduated magna cum laude from the honors program at the University of Florida with a Bachelors in Finance and a Masters in Real Estate from the Hough School of Business.

He is the recipient of the Graduate Entrepreneur of the Year awarded by the University of Florida, as well as the ICSC Student Entrepreneur Scholarship awarded by the Schurgin Family Foundation. Spencer is actively involved in the Positive Coaching Alliance, Urban Land Institute, and ICSC.

Nick Herring, SVP of Development at Framework Group LLC

As Senior Vice President of Development, Nick Herring oversees all phases of the development process for each project in Framework’s portfolio. Nick’s contributions begin with the creative inception of each project’s identity or “big idea”. Through execution, he leads sourcing, contracting, and day-to-day management of external designers, builders, property managers and other providers necessary to bring Framework’s projects into reality. Additionally, Nick assists in relationship management with regards to investor and lender partners. Since joining Framework in 2015, Nick has delivered multi-family projects that span the state of Florida, represent wide ranges of rental rates and construction types, and altogether total over 3,000 units. 

Nick also plays key roles in the strategic direction of the firm, including establishing target geographies, product types, and capital sources as well as sourcing new business. Internally, Nick focuses on developing management and reporting systems aimed at enabling Framework’s long-term growth.  With the same goal in mind, Nick leads Framework’s recruiting efforts and aids in new hire development. 

Prior to joining Framework Group, Nick managed high-end residential, commercial and retail developments as a Project Manager for Shawmut Design and Construction.   Prior to Shawmut, Nick managed construction field operations as Resident Engineer for Hill International, where he led teams of subcontractors on large-scale public projects including the renovation of New York City Hall.

Nick graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Building Construction and minors in Business Administration and Sustainability Studies.  Nick also earned his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, specializing in Real Estate and Strategy.

 

Mary-Kate "MK" Michalak, Manager, Corporate Leasing at Water Street Tampa for Strategic Property Partners, LLC

Mary-Kate or “MK” is the Coordinator for the Corporate Leasing team for SPP’s mixed-use waterfront development, Water Street Tampa, where she is responsible for coordinating and supporting the team. MK reports to the Executive Vice President and works closely with the marketing, development and legal teams to manage and support the corporate lease process. Encompassing 9M square feet of office, residential, hotel, retail and educational space, Water Street Tampa is one of the largest mixed-use developments in the country.
