 REIC is proud to present...

Lauren Campbell (moderator), Principal, Lauren Marie Campbell LLC

"As an sole owner/broker, I provide clients with curated, on-demand brokerage and development assistance. I collaborate with investors, land holders and developers to take their projects from acquisition to stabilization – often working on ground up projects as well as adaptive re-use and redevelopment opportunities.

I have worked alongside owners and developers for almost a decade, as an analyst and investment sales specialist and later as the head of real estate for a local equity firm. Merging my expertise in data and economic trend analysis with my passion for urban planning and place-making, I work closely with clients to develop a comprehensive strategy for their portfolio, focusing efforts on emerging opportunities and creating projects that are anchored in the experiential and the novel. My background has given me the experience to understand what promotes a sense of place and how one can drive people to an area through content- both digital and physical.

I am active in the community and have been involved in numerous volunteer, charity and political organizations and committees. I am currently a member of various professional organizations, including REIC, CREW, & ULI where I was most recently the past chair for WLI."

Rodney A. Riley, Principal, CEO

"My career is marked by innovation and creativity in marketing and investment strategies and an understanding of financing alternatives and tax implications. I continually demonstrate an ability to evaluate property value and market trends to ensure project feasibility, reduce risk, and maximize investment return. I optimize the utilization of commercial and residential properties. Having a steady hand, focus and creativity are hallmarks of my career.

Key accomplishments include:

- Leading companies and assets successfully through five economic downturns.

- Heading acquisitions, construction, development and investment strategies with national and global reach for organizations such as:

- Tishman Speyer Properties

- Westinghouse Communities (Coral Ridge Properties)

- ITT Community Development

- NTS Development

I have executive experience in all facets of the real estate industry, focused on development and redevelopment of suburban and CBD properties in multiple asset classes. My experience includes full profit and loss responsibilities. I like to say my experience ranges from “trees to keys” because I operate anywhere there is opportunity."

Jon Daou, Director, Eastman Equity Partners

In just five years, Jonathan Daou has made St. Pete home and changed the course of its development forever. Daou is the co-founder of Eastman Equity. After 20 years in New York City, St. Pete caught Daou's eye around 2010. He moved a few years later for a change of pace, for the Saturday Morning Market - and for the beaches, of course. Daou now owns a majority of the storefronts in St. Pete's famed EDGE district, as well as a few major 4th St. developments, like the former North Ward school turned Grand Hacienda project, completed in early 2018. Now, Daou is turning his full attention to the EDGE district. The potential he sees is more than hip shops and edgy restaurants. He's looking to make St. Pete a walk-able, pedestrian-friendly mecca that creates jobs and fundamentally changes the city for the better.
