Lisa Marier, Executive Vice President and Director of Development & Operations, Strategic Property Partners Wed, February 21, 2018 $60.00 – Members Online pre-registration closes 2/19/18 Lisa Marier joined Strategic Property Partners in March 2016 as Executive Vice President and Director of Development & Operations where she manages entitlements, design, construction, tenant improvements, leasing, and asset management strategy for the office development portfolio. Prior to SPP, Ms. Marier was the Senior Vice President of Development at Vornado/Charles E. Smith in Arlington, Virginia where she co-managed all development activities in the Washington, D.C. region for one of the largest owners and managers of commercial real estate in the United States with a portfolio over 100 million square feet, primarily in the New York and Washington, D.C. areas. Ms. Marier also previously served as an Executive Development Officer of the JBG Companies in Washington, D.C., where she was directly responsible for 2.8 million square feet of completed and active development projects. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University, and has 30 years of experience in the industry. Sarah Mason serves as the Sustainability and Wellness Senior Analyst for Strategic Property Partners where she is responsible for certifying the district as a WELL Community as well as several LEED buildings as part of a core sustainability masterplan. Prior to SPP, Sarah Mason worked for the City of Tampa as the Sustainability Assistant where she coordinated the City of Tampa’s Florida Green Building Coalition’s Green Local Government recertification. Mason received her Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Eckerd College and her Master of Arts in Global Sustainability from the University of South Florida. She is also a certified LEED® AP O+M and WELL AP. Meagan Rossi joined Delos with extensive project management experience in the public and private sectors. She consults on wellness design/programming integration for developers and corporate tenants. In her previous role, she worked for the Office of the Mayor of New York City under both Bloomberg and de Blasio, managing efforts to repair buildings damaged by Hurricane Sandy and increase storm resiliency throughout the City.
