Ed Giunta, Circle K, Director of Development

Edward is the Director of Real Estate Development at Circle K Stores for the state of Florida, Edward is responsible for site selection of new to industry convenience store sites as well as raze & rebuilding, existing locations.  He is also responsible for single & multi-site acquisitions. 

Prior to Circle K Stores, Edward was President of his family’s business, The Giunta Group, Ltd. a real estate development & management company specializing in retail projects such as Walgreens, CVS, Office Depot as well as unanchored strip shopping centers throughout west central Florida.

Edward also served on the Hillsborough County City County Planning Commission from 2003 – 2011 and served as Chairman in 2010, he also server on the Hillsborough Area Regional Transportation Authority (HART) from 2005 – 2007.
