Work Experience Mosaic Streamsong Lodge Resort & Golf Club, Polk County, Florida The 16,000 acre property located between Orlando and Tampa is formerly mined phosphate land owned and developed by The Mosaic Company, the world’s leading producer and marketer of phosphate-based crop nutrients. Components include a 300,000 sq. ft resort, with 216 rooms in the main lodge, 12 rooms in the golf clubhouse, a full service spa, three restaurants, and 20,000 sq. ft of public meeting space. CAMLS (Center for Advanced Learning and Medical Simulation), Tampa, Florida Development Services for The University of South Florida in the off-campus development of a 75,000 sq. ft. Center for Advanced Medical Learning and Simulation by researching numerous sites adjacent to area Hotels in the Tampa Bay region and working with capable landowners to develop the CAMLS facility and an adjacent 4 star hotel. Trump Hotel, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida Represented CBRE Investments International on an $80 million existing conversion of a distressed Hotel Condo project to a conventional Hotel. Work included development assessment schematic design, estimating, scheduling, permit assessment and logistics for all phases of the $15 million additional redevelopment plan. Embassy Suites Hotel, Naples, Florida $42 million, 160 room Hotel on the Cocohatchee River. Amenities such as 5,000 sq. ft. of meeting space/banquet hall, boat docks, rooftop bar and restaurant to serve its guests. Responsibilities include land acquisition, entitlements, franchise license, scheduling and financing. Monte Lauro, Brevard, North Carolina Master Planner and Development Director for a 900 acre Italian themed branded community with Authoress Frances Mayes, writer of the acclaimed book “Under the Tuscan Sun”. The project involved the development of a luxury 200 room Five Star Hotel, a 28,000 sq. ft. retail town center, 910 housing units, an 18 hole golf course, luxury tennis and multiple additional recreational functions. Responsibilities comprised all land acquisition entitlement, underwriting, scheduling, and obtainment of institutional financing as well as architectural design. Park Slope Shoppes, Brooklyn, New York All Planning and Development Services for a 43,000 sq. ft. Urban New York City Retail and Office Development which included a CVS Drugstore, New York Sports Club and Astoria Federal Savings and Loan. Project was under Development and Construction half-mile from Ground Zero in September 2001. Responsibilities included land acquisition and Development, for 5 existing parcels (4 containing existing buildings that were reused); all entitlements with City of New York, Financing and Project Management.
